"Having lived in Paris twice, the Les Halles area was never my favorite but, this apartment may have changed my mind! Firstly, it is very easy to get to as it is only a few stops on the Metro from Gare du Nord (the apartment is steps from the St Etienne Marcel station). Then it is a nice walk through the Les Halles area down to the Seine and the Pont Neuf. The young man who met us was charming and made sure we felt comfortable with all the information. The apartment was comfortable, clean and wonderfully quiet. We have friends in Paris and had invited them to have a meal with us. But upon arrival, I saw that there were only two dining chairs. I asked if two additional chairs could be provided, and they were! Thank you. And we were so happy to find a complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge: we were celebrating our 40th anniversary and so began with that. Again, another thank you."

"It was large by Paris standards, with a nice bathroom. It also had very secure entry and was in a nice central location with lovely food strips nearby."

"The apartment was beautiful & clean. Great kitchen with pots/pans/dishes/etc. Fridge was stocked with drinks and sweets. Great location next to a metro station. Very quiet. There is a lift. We were met in person to get the keys, wifi info, and ask any questions. Very friendly and helpful. Very quick responses to communications."

"There was nothing to think about. Even had things in the fridge for us. Great location with loads of restaurants and easy walking access. Thrilled there was an elevator for luggage. EXCELLENT bed and towels."

"The apartment was modern, beautifully decorated with modern appliances. Central location. Building was a French style with beautiful details. Easy access to apartment after meeting with admin person. Left alone during stay which was appreciated. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room well designed to incorporate furnishings. Close to convenience stores for food supplies. Hot water in shower, good water pressure."

"The shower door stuck at little, so once you were in the shower someone had to open the door from outside the shower."

"The apartment was very comfortable and beautifully appointed, and the owner was very quick to communicate when we contacted him, and also very helpful. We very much appreciated the bottle of delicious champagne and drinks in the fridge, along with a chocolate bar to welcome us. Justher who met us and showed us around the apartment was amazing, even staying with us when our pick up for the airport did not arrive, and ensuring we got another car."

"The location was not ideal. We have stayed in the 2nd quarter many times in the past, and it has definitely changed to a less desirable location in Paris. I don’t blame the owners of the property, I am just giving our evaluation."
